Something new has arrived at Palacana—and it's unlike anything we've done before.

Our brand-new Dubai Chocolate-Covered Strawberries are officially on the menu, and if you haven’t tried them yet, this is your sign. These aren’t your average chocolate strawberries. Each one is dipped, dressed, and layered with kataifi (a crisp shredded pastry), pistachio ice cream, pistachio cream, chocolate drizzle, and crushed pistachios. It’s rich, crunchy, creamy, and colorful-all in one bite.

This new strawberry creation is just one part of the Dubai-inspired menu items we’ve been working on-desserts that bring together texture, flavor, and a little something unexpected. Inspired by Middle Eastern-style ingredients and the way people love to treat themselves in big, flavorful ways, this new menu is unlike anything we’ve done before.

Along with the strawberries, you’ll find a few other delicious options at select stores. Enjoy our warm crepes, mini churro bites, and other sweets featuring layers of pistachio, chocolate, fruit, and crunch.
